Wera Adjustable Torque Screwdrivers

Cologne / Wuppertal. New adjustable torque screwdrivers, that will appeal to additional target groups, are going to enhance the Wera range. The newly developed torque tools, manufactured by the specialist tool manufacturer from Wuppertal (Germany), offer not only practically-oriented application advantages and the tried-and-tested Wera-brand quality, but also feature a highly attractive price-performance ratio. The reasonable price is a result of a complete new design and construction process by Wera. The use of innovative materials makes these new torque screwdrivers particularly light-weight, while maintaining the trusted Wera quality.
The new tools have a broad spectrum of applications in trade and industry. Wherever controlled screw fastening is essential, the new adjustable torque screwdrivers allow for easy, secure and precise fastening of torque-critical screw connections. The desired torque values are adjusted quickly and effortlessly through an integrated adjustment ring, which means that no special tool is required. The adjustment ring locks into place when the relevant torque value is selected, with a positive feel. The new Wera torque screwdrivers meet the standards of the EN ISO 6789 with regards to measuring accuracy. When the pre-set torque value is reached, the torque indicator releases mechanically and provides both audible and tactile feedback to the operator, by slipping over. There is unlimited torque transfer available for the removal of fasteners.
